saw isa beat werbs pretty comfy last nite at hoole park. was it a werbs 2nd string 11 or wot? if not you boys are gonna struggle next year. from all the talk on here i expected double figures. big talkers by the sounds of it lads!

Yeah it was the second string mate, Graham, Dylan , Neil and Beast were all carrying knocks, Carl Fowlie's ankle was f**ked and Daz got stranded in liverpool.
And comfortable win? lol, who told u that? We were camped in their half for the first 25 minutes, then they played well and scored just b4 half time, but the Rix didn't have to make a single save second half with Wilson, who is a forward, and me, who is a midfielder at the back!!!!

To be fair Werburghsmike, the ISA keeper (Mozzer) only had one save to make second half, and Rix made 3 or 4 good saves in the first half. As stated on our board, good on you for winning the League, and not being in my opinion the best side in the League that we played. That was 8 rights in the first game at the Imps. BUT, the League never lies, and fair play to ya. As for clutching at saying you were short, you know the ISA were too... f**k me, they had 11 players til Fray got there at half time...

Mozzer had a lot more than one save to make mate, he turned a wilson 20 yarder round the post when it looked in, A Fowlie header over the bar when a goal looked certain, and in the last few minutes stopped another Lloyd effort from 5 yards.
They r just the ones that looked certain goals, no matter the bread and butter.
And for the ISA being short, still had all the regular players though didn't they? Rens, Matty George, Macca, Nick Jones et al.

The side that played you had Christian Jones, Scott Ditchfield, Tom Fraser, Marc Edwards all missing. Macca would be flattered to be considered a regular, but is a regular 1/2 hour man these days.

Remember in the cup WERBS BIG MOUTH when the hife stuffed you with ease with a makeshift side haha you can shout your mouth off all you like but at the end of the day your not that good and i cannot wait to play you this season and kick your big headed ass back down to section C!!!!!!!

If we r not that good 'The Hife', wait til u see the teams that finished lower than us!!!!
Werburgh's and the eight rights will be top half next season, if they come up the ISA and MBNA might struggle a bit but neither would go down either.
And from what Sean from the Royal Oak tells me, the section C champs for next year is over already, with Joey Waters joining Tilly and the Mapletoft's, so if promotion goes down to 5th (depends on new teams and resigning teams as always) then the Oak will also be very good in section B.

Funny that the hife, i seem to remember when u went up u finished 3rd behind ROB frodsham and was it the red house? And u only went up cos of restructuring of the league so yeah, it is obviously hard enough.
