4 - 0 against the Egerton was the result. Theve gotta be the team with the most aerial threat, seems the whole back line and that lurch of a CM are at least 6.2+!!!!!
We shudda played alot better football on that mint pitch, newly dubbed the theatre of nightmares lol. Fink there was a cupla of the 8 rights lads watchin, just wonderin wot ur take on the game was???
i fort it was an OKAY performance, but as they say its results that matter at this stage of the season. cupla times Rix was called upon but in the main i tought we contained them.

Thought you looked comfortable - result was never in doubt once you took the lead. Egerton will always win a lot of aerial balls but they are too lightweight up front to cause most teams serious problems - admittedly they beat us 3 - 2.
The pitch was in the best condition I've seen it for at least 5 years which is good news. I thought last night was a steady but not spectacular performance. Was impressed by Carl Fowlie again at both ends of the pitch - didn't think your defence looked as solid as usual but maybe just an off night.

Yeah we made a cupla changes at the back ... we left out 'the rock' maybe dats why. I fort the changes helped aswell, came at the right time. Did you catch any of the dubious offside decisions?? or the goal that never was after i miskicked a ball which bounced a foot over the line span back and hit the post!!! it was crazy!!!!!

I know what u r saying about Carl, best player in the division, but the other centre mid Gaffa had an excellent game, summed up well when he won 2 tackles, took on another 2 players and forced a corner when the keeper dived at his feet. Defence not as solid as usual? Rix made 2 saves all night!!!!! Admittedly he caught a lot of high balls but thats all they were, dont think u or the ISA will play that kind of football.

Uze Werburgs lads are gettin to big for your boots. Ur not even the best team in the league. Eight Rights or Cheser isa are. The reality is that u wuddnt be in the position u are now if the 8 rights neva slipped up a cupla times against the lower placed teams. Okay u mite get promoted but dont fink uze dominated this league coz u sure as hell aint...ur strikers dont score enough, ure a 1-man team and OK have a decent defense but thats it.... so shhhhhhhh

i dont play for st werbs or eight rights but who ever "huh" is has some sour grapes. if the werbs win the league how can you say they aint the best team. and more to your point, you wouldnt win anything with a 1 man team. st werbs, 8 rights, mbna and isa all play good football on there day but the final league table will NOT lie...

I think what you have to remember is in 7 previous seasons we have never finished higher then 6th so for a few of the younger lads to let it get to there heads has to be expected, considering we only signed 3 or 4 players this season it is somewhat of a suprise to see us up there. But most of us know we havent won it yet, whatever happens though we know we have played above ourselves this season and were all enjoying it espcially myself as its 99% likely to be my last season playing in Chester. All credit to the other sides who have made it the most enjoyable season for a long time

Since this post is nearly identical to one on the ISA website I presume huh plays for the ISA and is jealous. In any case, 1 man team? don't think so, but we are lucky we have the best player in the league in our team. Ask the ISA about a 1 man team anyway, as the Rix said on their site thats how they won the last section D title with Andy Johnson scoring 80+goals. Our strikers don't score enough? I think its great we don't depend on one player for all our goals. Ryan has 16, Carl has 15, Gaz has 11, Daz has 10, wilson and johnny have 9, dave has 5, gaffa has 4 and beast at right back has 3, so u might be able to stop one man scoring, but a whole team is a lot harder to stop. this also flies in the face of the one man team theory. And yeah, i'd say 10 clean sheets in 20 games is a decent defence.
