The draw for the first round of the Chester & District FA Sunday Cup has been made and has thrown up several interesting ties. Three sides with strong Blues links are featured with Section C champions St. Werbughs PC playing host to Waverton, Chester City ISA welcoming tasty ale merchants Bromfield Arms and Blacon Orient making the cross city trip to face Section B rivals Custom House.
St. Werburghs PC v Waverton Custom House v Blacon Orient Peacock Rovers v Tarvin Rex Chester City ISA v Bromfield Arms FC Grosvenor v Stanley Arms Bache v Royal Oak
All other teams have received a bye. Ties to be played on the 17th September 2006.

What a game against ISA. Winning 3-1 playing some good football, then for ISA to get back to 3-3. 2nd goal a great goal. Then extra time ISA leading 4-3 and the brom lads dug deep and won it 6-4.
It was a great game to watch as a neutral, as a manager at 4-3 down it was HELL, ha ha.
Hopefully we will get an easy tie like Boughton away.
Credit though its our first ever cup win in 3 years!!! ;D ;D
